NOA1 rejection- help!

Hey,

I tried posting this before and got no response, but I really would love some help.

I received a rejection because 1) I forgot to sign my I-130 form 2) Part C of the I-130 didn't list the address. I wrote the actual address on the attachment and wrote "See attachment" actual I-130 form. I probably should have signed the form (I'm dumb), but didn't I include the address correctly? What should I be thinking?

are you sure that's a rejection ??? maybe it's RFE

* March 5th 2012 --> I-130 Delivered at Chicago Lockbox

* March 7th 2012 --> Got NOA1 by SMS (Vermont Service Center)

* March 14th 2012 --> Got Hardcopy of I-797C in the airmail

* June 29th 2012 --> NOA2 (114days)

* July 5th 2012 --> Got Hardcopy of NOA2

NVC

* July 2nd 2012 --> NVC Received

* July 24th 2012 --> NVC Case Number and IIN received by e-mail

* July 24th 2012 --> E-mailed the DS 3032

* July 24th 2012 --> AOS Bill Paid

* July 26th 2012 --> AOS Bill Shows PAID

* July 28th 2012 --> AOS Package Sent

* August 2nd 2012 --> DS-3032 accepted

* August 3rd 2012 --> IV bill invoiced & PAID

* August 7th 2012 --> IV Bill Shows PAID

* August 17th 2012 --> IV Package Sent

* August 24th 2012 --> NVC Case Complete

* September 15th 2012 --> Interview Date Assigned

US EMBASSY JAKARTA

* October 16th 2012 --> INTERVIEW (Approved)

* October 19th 2012 --> Visa in Hand

sorry for what happened :( but the main reason you got a rejection because you didn't sign the I 130 ..on USCIS website, it says " Don't forget to sign your forms! about the address, you wrote it correctly . you didn't leave it blank and wrote "See attachment" ..i don't know why that's the reason you got rejected.. some people will get RFE instead of rejection..

but to make sure call USCIS and find out what you can do after you received NOA1 rejection

Update: I called the USCIS before resubmitting my package, I noted about the address just being on the attachment, she seemed a little confused too, but simply said to clearly indicate where the address was listed- so I added lots of colorful sticky notes!
