I voted for Obama and I don't get any free stuff. Never have.

This "free stuff" is a ridiculous statement. Americans work hard. I have read that American workers, on average, do in one day what one German worker does in a week. People supporting Obama are not poor. In fact, it's quite the opposite: red states are the poorest in the nation.

I voted for Obama because he is sane. Wall Street is doing fine and we don't need someone to suck up to their interest and put us into another recession at the expense of everyone else.

My vote went to Obama because the alternative is trickle down or voo-doo economics which has never worked. How do we know that the economy is on the right track? Well, Moody's Analytics and Macroeconomic Advisors expect that the economy will create 11.8 million and 12.3 million jobs, respectively, over the next four years. These predictions came out in August and April of this year. We're on the right track and the President has earned another term in office.

the problem is not helping the poor. The problem is helping people driving a nice car. Living in a nice section 8 home, getting free food, who have a 60inch HD TV, Direct TV, 100 nails, 5 kids and don't work.

I know you will say that is rare but it's not. I live in an area that I see lots and lots off it.

Most of the poor here have money for all kinds of #######.

I got a guy works for me. He has 6 kids. He got a 7K tax refund last year and paid in only 450.00. He gets every program known to man. He wears 80 dollar jeans to work, plays the lottery, and parties non stop thur fri sat night.

I'm sorry, that's because the right doesn't have the same issues? They want to believe in Romney so badly that even though he has established himself as a flip-flop on so many issues, he has a plan that he refuses to explain since it's too complicated for the average american to understand, he makes remarks about 47 percent of America he isn't worried about, he wants to be in charge of the budget but won't release his tax returns, and this is best the GOP can do? They should have tapped John Mccain to run again, at least he fought a fair fight and I could get behind what he was talking about.

I voted for Obama because he is a decent man, a loving father, and has carried himself with a grace most of us could only wish for. He has been a good leader with what he was left with, and he is still trying to make a difference.

Actually if the Democratic party weren't so gone to the left these days, he probably would be a Democrat 30 years ago.

The electorate is so ignorant of who they are voting for it's amazing. Even though in my professional opinion on why they act the way they do, on a personal level I despise it. I get the 'why' and I get the 'how' of it all, it doesn't make it any less disgusting the actions of the American people and how sheepish they truly are.

Oh please, my 'opinion' as you would like to call it is much more factual than you want to readily admit.

Democrats and Republicans are no different than religious nut jobs. They pick their leaders and then they worship them in the 'hope' that they'll give them something different than what is currently already in place.

Meanwhile, their candidate gets elected and he keeps screwing them like the last guy did, just in a different way with a different mask that keeps benefitting the same people over and over again.

The party's are an illusion. Honestly, the American people haven't picked their 'candidate' for either party for decades now. The party has picked the candidates. They might as well go ahead and do away with the primary system, because anyone with half a brain knows who the 'party' wants to represent them from day one and who will obey what the party (and corporate banks for that matter) tell them to do.

Obama and Romney at the end of the day are the exact same when it comes to screwing you over. The only difference is, that one might do it right in front of you, while the other comes in and does it from behind.

I'll call a spade and spade, and the American people for the most part these days are gullible, easily sold, pathetic sheep.
