I-134 and I-864 when Fiance is sending out her packet after NoA2 -- they're asking for her to send out a I-864 and I-134 along with the packet she got when she got her case number... now, i had about $10,000 when we began to petition for the fiancee visa, and then bought a car. Now i stand at around $2,000 in my savings which isnt much at all.... when i fill out the forms should i just add old statements, or a current one.... or does it not even matter because i make abover the 125% requirement?

Time Line:

April 13th 2012 Vermont Service Center received our application. (e-notification)
April 20th NoA1 received in mail.
October 17th 2012 Our petition was accepted (e-notification)
October 25th 2012 NoA2 received in mail. (Two actually, one dated the 17th one dated the 18th?)
November 5th Fiancee in Poland received packet from US Embassy in Warsaw, Poland.
November 7th Fiancee filled what needed to be filled out and sent the packet out
Late November: Medical exam, I sent her a packet with things she needed from me for the Interview
December 4th Jaga had her interview in Warsaw Poland! We got the visa :D
December 9th jaga picked up her visa in Bielsko-Biała :)

umm... havent updated this but she has her green card, us drivers license, and is in the process of getting her masters degree recognized here in the us.

If you make over the requirement then you don't need to show your liquid asset. Just Letter of Employment with your status, annual or hourly income and date/nature of employment, pay stubs, W2s and 1040 or ITR.

Good luck!

If you did decide to throw bank statements in, the most recent would be the most relevant as you are proving your current income and/or assets

I didnt want to make a new topic, for this next quick question.

Do i need to fill both of those forms out and then send them to her? Or just one, and if just one, which one? thanks.

To clarify, i think she read somewhere that she needs to send both, it's not an official statement. What did you guys do?

At the K-1 stage you only need I-134.

You will fill out I-864 when applying for AOS after marriage.
