Yes, he can file Affidavit o support with NVC. We all know the PD for F2A is going to be around 22 SEP 2010 for January.

Had he filed already with NVC, S/he would have got an interview letter now.

How it is possible ? December VB says 22AUG10 and January VB is not published yet.

His PD is 09/17/2010. How he can file AOS right now ? Can you explain please.

PD: 12/09/2010; Visa Approved: 04/29/2013

But he is saying he is doing AOS through USCIS not consular processing through NVC.

So I think he has to wait till January. Any experts please correct me if i am wrong.

Hi F2a,

I have made the payment and its through NVC not USCIS.

It's the fees for AOS and IV fees bill which I received at the beginning of the year which I haven't paid till now fearing retrogression and loosing the payment all together.

My PD is 09/17/2010 in F2A category.

Hope this clears the confusion.

Good day everyone.

Really? Can't believe you, man..People are awaiting this day so eagerly and you are getting current next month and haven't done your paper work yet. Weren't you following the last few bulletins?

Who says that you would loose your money if the retrogression happens? Once your case is complete it does not matter. Also, it's clearly written on the NVC site that if a year has been passed without any communication with NVC then you may have to pay the fees again and that I believe only if your case is not complete. As long as you are in touch with NVC within a year you don't need to worry about this. Anyways, good luck with your visa.

Hi Sky701,

I am new to this forum, I have been following this forum for last week or so.

My far off relatives mentioned to me to wait for the date to become current and then pay the fees.

Now I know that was the wrong info.

This forum is very helpful .

Thanks for your time all gals and guys. Hope we succeed in our mission soon.
