My pd is sept 22 and i feel horrible... i don't know what can i do if i will still not receive IL next month..

you'll have to wait for next month's vb if you don't receive your I/L this month. Definitely you'll get it next month if not now

At rojikc....As soon as you get interview letter. In the meantime start calling around to USCIS designated civil surgeon in your area to get price on medical fee/vaccines. You can also book infopass appt. if you need clarification or additional info, as NVC is most times not clear on information. All the best

File I-485 immediately once you see your date is current in the official VB if he is still in US.(I assume you can file on Jan 1st..since JAN VB may move to sep 2010)

You will not get any email from NVC since he is not going to attend interview in a consulate.

Schedule an infopass appointment at ur local USCIS office.They are very helpful.

Also get ur medical done before since its valid for 6 months.
