the advisory you posted below is meant for Employment Fifth category- did not you look at superscript star (*).

For FB categories- it says the projection are based on current applicant demand patterns. The determination of the actual monthly cut-off dates is subject to fluctuations in applicant demand and a number of other variables which can change at any time.

Whatever the case, predictions are just predictions-not something written on stone. Many factors can change these predictions. Over the past two years, all predictions by THAT GUY IN DOS went wrong.

We all should be happy because F2A is moving at a slow and steady pace-that is a good sign atleat.

First of all, this forum has given me a lot of information, and more importantly, precious support to each other amongst all who's praying for a re-union. Thank you!

I'd appreciate if anyone can help me with the following questions:

1. usually what time of the day do you receive i/l? is it from consulate offices or from nvc? until when do they stop sending appointment for the following month?

2. has anyone from orginal country China received any i/l for Jan. 2013? our pd is sept 1 and we've not heard anything yet. Getting nervous!

What time do they send interviews.

When will they stop sending interviews. We have two days to this week and next week until they actually publish the visa bulletin.

I am a greencard holder and I filled AOS under F2A for my husband (BTW, he is here in US with F1 visa)for which, priority date is August 25 2010

I saw VB is moving and hitting end September 2010. So my question is when we can file for for I-485 ?

I am asking, because I did not get any email or mail like other friends in the forum.

All you have to now is WAIT.

There is no defined pattern from NVC on when and how they send I/Ls.

Hope for the best that atleast it will reach OCT 1. Otherwise you are first in the line for FEB. I am hoping mine one in March/April. I am also worried April is the start of third Quarter.
