ROC INTERVIEW!!!

Dear all friends,

Thank you so much for all of the experience, info that helped me getting my 10 year green card.

I went to the interview for i 751 on 10/29/12 and my case got approved by an officer. I filed on my own bc my husband passed away.

He told me that I should receive an approval letter first then they will mail me the card within 6 weeks

So my question is that how long does it usually take to receive the letter/ card from the time u got approved.

Its been a week but I have not received anything so im a lil bit worried if they changed their mind last minute or anything went wrong.

I am planning to travel soon so i hope the card will arrive on time . Thanks for your time reading my post

Sorry for your loss , I was approved at interview too but they gave me approval letter on spot after interview and got my gc 2 weeks latter, you can also check your case status at uscis.gov with your receipt number
