So if they were confident they would just stop campaigning? I think Obama may have an advantage, but the entire idea of this thread is bogus. What would you consider a sign of confidence from the Romney campaign?

I'd consider it confidence if they were spending Election Day in Boston as planned. This is a last minute addition to the campaign schedule and it communicates anything but confidence.

Republicans are busy campaigning on election day, while Democrats are busy rounding up busloads of illegals to commit voter fraud.

Do they usually campaign on election day? I honestly don't know.

No, typically they do not. The Romney campaign didn't plan on campaigning tomorrow until they decided today to do these two events tomorrow. The original plan was for the candidate to be in Boston.

Mitt never shows face in the state he once governed and apparently still lives in. He knows that he did such a great job here as governor that he's certain to win by a huge margin so no need to waste his campaign money persuading us! :P

I don't want to admit it, but I'm almost afraid this election is going to be a landslide....

.....for Mitt Romney

A LOT of the polling data is using a big +Democrat factor in thinking the Democratic turnout is going to be a lot higher than what it actually is going to be. Even with that skew, they are showing the election as 'tied' to try and convince the left - 'no, you really do need to get out and vote.' However, I doubt that their subtle message will be enough and I honestly feel that Romney and the Republicans are going to blow this thing out of the water.

For the life of me, I DO NOT want that. Because if I think what is going to happen, actually happens, we're going to have a full-on open road of Republican majorities and I hate that idea as much as I despise a Democratic majority.

What planet does he live on? Kolob?

I was thinking more of a planet where everyone is born with a silver spoon in their mouths and they all have trust funds but if there's not enough money in them to pay for their education (heaven forbid) then they can borrow from their parents. A planet where there are poor people who only earn as little as $250,000 a year (can you imagine being so poor?) and everyone just flip flops around coming up with grand schemes on their etch a sketch then shaking them off and pretending it never happened. A place where corporations are people and 47% of the population are so insignificant they are ignored.

But maybe it's Kolob. He sure as hell doesn't live in my world!

Put your money where your mouth is, and call a bookie.

If you bet $100 on Obama they are going to give you $25 because the odds are just that much in his favor.

Bet $100 on Romney and they'll give you $300 if he wins.

It is a very dumb bet. Look for InTrade having Obama around 90% by 5pm tomorrow.

India, gun buyback and steamroll.

You sound just like Romney. It's impossible to figure out from one day to the next what your politics really are.

Yeah the best polls are where there's money involved.

Perhaps reading comphrension isn't one of your strong areas? I'm pretty consistent in my 'politics' around here.
