What date is the Green Card Residnce Since Date?

It is the date the Green Card was issued. My wife arrived in July 2010, applied for AOS in Sept, interview end of Nov, conditonal permanent resident since Dec 8th 2010, (printed on the card).

I would have thought it would be the date of the interview, but it was about a week after.

it's the first date printed on the first green card.

Its stated on the green card, says Date Issued, as previously mentioned above. Its not the date that you enter the US. My spouse entered the US on March 2007, but her date on the green card is marked Jan 2008, so they use the date that you become officially a green card holder (after AOS status).

It's the date your Green Card was approved and it says on your card.

I'm a permanent resident since the date of my AOS interview, that's when he told us we were approved and that's what my Green Card says
