Hi Everyone,

I need help with fill out the form i-864 item #21. I'm filling out this form part of the AOS. My wife came to the US under K1 Visa, we have already married and have the marriage certificate. On line c says: "If you are currently married, enter "1" for your spouse". Should I put 1 there? I have already put 1 on line a. It's confusing.

It says on that section to not count anyone twice, so you wouldn't add her again on the spouse section.

Thanks for the speedy respond. I really appreciate it. It's uncleared that the line say: "If you are currently married, enter "1" for your spouse", and we already married that made me think if I leave it blank, that mean I'm single. So I should leave it at 0 on c?

Yes, do not include her there. It states Q 21 from b. down persons NOT sponsored in this affidavit.
