case search site; late to update?

Just wondering have anyone notice it?

On Oct 28 I received a NOA2 in the mail with a notice date of Oct 20. However on the USCIS case search it only states that they received the response to the RFE on Oct 18.

So whats going on there... and isnt anyone seeing late updates when they search USCIS?

Sometimes they don't update the USCIS site - it seems to be happening a lot lately. As long as you have the NOA2 in your hand, it doesn't matter.

Waiver approved after 10 months. Did NOT use a lawyer

Once you get your approval... the case will leave the CIS soon and most of the time they stop updating your case. Now you need to track your case with NVC and DHL.
