Ok, so I think I FINALLY have this packet together and want to make sure before I seal the package and send it in. Here is what I have:

-Table of Contents

-Check Payment of $1070.00

-Form G-1145 enotification of application/petition acceptance

-Form I-485 Petition for Alien Relative

-Copy of Biographical Page of Passport

-Copy of K-1 Visa page with exit and entry stamps of passport

-Copy front and back of I-94

-Copy of Social Security Card

-Copy of NOA2 "Approval" for I-129F

-Copy of Birth Certificate

-Certified Copy of Marriage Certificate

-Form G-325A Biographical Information

-2 Passport sized photos

-Form I-693 (sealed in envelope) Medical Exam for Aliens seeking Adjustment of Status

-From I-864 Affidavit of Support

-Last 6 Paycheck stubs

-Past 4 years of Tax Transcripts

-Form I-765 Application for Employment Authorization

06/10/2015-Went to info pass appt. Hubby got a 1yr. Extension stamp in his passport and biometrics done

08/12/2015-ROC Approved. Got letter in the mail.

08/29/2015-received new card in the mail.

Kim, You will need 2 passport size photos for each application for a total of 6. Everything else looks Great. Wishing you the best of luck on your AOS journey :)

You are missing the supporting documents for the I-765 and I-131. Also, no need for the copy of your Social Security card.

Ahhh Ok so each application needs to be treated separately even though I am filing them together. Is that right?

Kim, This is our cover sheet. We didn't file the I-131 but you would add the same papers as the I-765 with it. Also we included certified copies of the marriage and divorce certificates, thats totally up to you if you want to send copies or certified copies. I hope this helps :)

Ahhh Ok so each application needs to be treated separately even though I am filing them together. Is that right?

I used a paper clip for each applications paperwork and used a large envelope, mailing it USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation so I could track it the whole way there :)
