Hello every one hope every body's day is doing great. Well I haven't heard anything from our case I change my address through a form and phone and I never got a confirmation :/ also our case was transferred to California . I was looking at the the stimated time to be approved according to the Uscis page and it says about 10 months:O. I really wanted to go home for Christmas . Is there anybody waiting from may?

the USCIS site does not show the times for family based AOS, only employment based. Those that were transferred to CSC have been waiting for awhile though, some for 10 months I believe. You can check the AOS progress forum for those still waiting that were transferred to the CSC.

Did you not file for AP at the same time you filed AOS? It was free, just like the EAD and would have allowed you to travel while waiting for your green card. You can still send in the I-131 form with a copy of your NOA receipt notice from filing the I-1485 and the fee will still be waived. However, it takes 2-3 months to receive it, so I am not sure you would get it in time to travel for Christmas.
