Will be starting the ROC process next month any advice I should take note of? And yes I have read the guide on ROC I just have been away from VJ for a while and didn't know of any recent changes I may need to be aware of....thanks! :thumbs:

Feb. 14, 2011 received hard copy of NOA for AOS, EAD& AP

Make sure when you fill out the 1-751 application, make sure that the application form is updated or they will not except your application. The form right now is dated and still valid upto december 31st, 2012.

Also try to cover as much of your marriage as you can. Send bills that has your name and his name that covers most of the 2 years, don't send just 2 months. You can do that with insurance, pictures, anything that you think that will help you. Even some invitations from your firends that has both your names.

Honestly I didn't know about that when I sent my application, so I sent only 2 months. I have a kid, and I'm very nervouse if they are going to send me an RFE or not. We will see in 5 or 6 months I guess.

The wait times are pretty long right now. There are 2 filing locations: CSC and VSC and which office you file at depends where you live. Wait times for CSC at the moment are about 7 months, for VSC it's 9+ months.

Also you can only track your case with the number on the biometrics letter, not the receipt.
