Hello. My husband posted a question about how to book an appointment a while back and finally we received our appointment for today Nov. 5th after trying to call over 30 times! And he was approved for a visa (Yay) the only problem is we need to get a certificate of Good conduct for him from Uganda because he was there for about four years for his college schooling. He has went to the High Commission of Uganda that is here in Nairobi but they say they cant help him. What should we do? does he have to go to Uganda to get the certificate or can he call someone to see if he can get it? Please any advice is appreciated we would rather not have to travel to Uganda. Thank you so much and blessings to all for there upcoming interviews!

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.

Mar 28, 2011 Received 2nd txt/email saying we have registered this customer permanent residence status

Mar 29, 2011 Received 3rd txt/email says card production has been ordered.

April 1, 2011 greencard and welcome letter in hand!!

April 5, 2011 received txt/email EAD card production ordered

Will Start Removing Conditions Dec 2012!!!!

@ Penguin- Oh i hope so!!!! I really really dont want him to go!!! I cant travel at this time cause it would be to expensive for us at the moment since we are booking air flight and everything but I really really hope you are right!!! And thank you everyone for the Congratulations we are so excited and happy!
