AOS filling please help!!!Which one need to be checked

Hello. Filling out my AOS ( married US citizen) want to make sure checking the right answere.This is form I-485 part 2. Question about the reason I am applying adjustment status a) an immigrant petition giving me...immigrant visa number that has been approved. B) my spouse applied for AOS or was granted lawful permanent residence in an immigrant visa category...I would say A) I am confused. I never asked for adjustment of status before and I was a B-2 overstayed. I don't think the B) is right answere. Please help if you filled out that form previously. Another question on I-30 petition for Alien R. Question #.22 asking complete info if housand relative( me) is in Us and will apply for AOS. As a lawful permanent resident In USCIS office??? I am in Los Angeles. But I am a lawful permanent resident yet if I am just applying for it??? I am confused. Amy help greatly appreciate it. Thank you

If your spouse is US Citizen and you are sending your I-485 with your I-130, you would choose A (an immigrant petition giving me...immigrant visa number that has been approved).

Q22 on I-130, you should put Los Angeles if you live in the Los Angeles area, if you live in Orange County area you would put Santa Ana. Go to this website https://egov.uscis.gov/crisgwi/go?action=offices.type&OfficeLocator.office_type=LO and type in your zip code. It will tell you which office you belong to and what city to put in
