having problems with AR-11 online form

two things. it's asking if the current address is temporary, how long do I(my wife) expect to stay there. well, the current address is our permanent address, but it's not letting me leave that part blank. and the second part is asking if my wife isn't a permanent resident, when will her stay in the US expire? It won't let me leave that part blank either. what should i put there?

Which web program are you using? It only works with Internet Explorer
