hey there

Shortly before 4 years on my 5 year R-1 visa, I filed for change from non immigrant to immigrant with the I-360 form. Recently received request for more evidence. It seems very extensive and I know that this category had been more open to fraud.

My job does satisfy the requirements, I can get letters from superiors in the denomination and I can provide the evidence they requested but it seems so daunting and overwhelming. Does anyone have advice on the appropriate language to use? My job does involve admin but not primarily so and the other aspect of my job is a worship leader but also not just music. Time is of the essence and I want to get everything right.

Thanks for any help/advice.

I doubt you will get much help here as this is something usually handled by a lawyer.

“If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat. If you know neither the enemy nor yourself, you will succumb in every battle.”
