Hi

To email the embassy about your case or petition you need to put your case number in the subject line in the introduction part if your message you include petitioner name and date if birth, benefiary name and date of birth, case number and country of eligibility then you address the embassy later about your inquiries. The introduction part is important. The rest is to be clear in your message so the reader can understand.

That's what I used to communicate with the embassy an NVC and it worked for me

All you gotta do is write in the subject line, "Appointment Needed - beneficiary's name, case number" then i wrote in the subject " i need an appointment for my k1 visa. Thanks". Worked for me... Prepare yourself to wait about 1 month or so for a response. Dont bother to call, no one answers... Ever.

Wow, how did you get them to answer the phone? I swear we called 4000 times and no one ever, ever, EVER answered. I stuck with emails for the embassy!
