AOS paid......hep help

I got a case number for my I-130 by e-mail, paid AOS fee and e-mailed NVC DS-3032 form.

I checked all links, but did not find any link telling me what to after I aleady pid my AOS online, should i just wait till it shows " paid" on the NVC system or just go ahead and look for I-864 form online, complete it and mail it togher with my last 3 tax return? or will NVC e-mail me I-864 in form of attachment?

I am just wondering if any of those VJers who went throuhg this process, tell me what to do???? ( by the way I filed I-130 petition, got approved and recently got NVC case number and paid AOS fee.....

after paid aos ...download document coversheet from payment portal and then send i864 with all docs which r need...dont wait that nvc send u i864..put document coversheet on top pf ur i864 packet...and have u send ds3032?? if not then send it soon...after it is accepted..u r able to pay iv fee on payment portal...

I e-mailed the Ds-3032 to the NVC, as per some VJers, E-mailing Ds-3032 is accepted, i dont know if it's true....I did it any way and donot know if they gonna acknowldge it or not????

To my understanding once they accept my DS-3032 and AOS payment they are going to notify me to pay IV fee...is thar right?

When the AOS FEE BILL is marked paid at the portal,

download the coversheet, then print out the coversheet.

Then read the coversheet - it contains instructions for what to do with the I-864 .

Whilst yer waiting, download the I-864 and start working on it.

hello,dont be worried i will explain to u step by step what u must do after AOS is paid because i have just finish all step with nvc

1-fist u pay AOS fee is 88 dollard,then u wait until it shows paid after that u wait until nvc accept your ds3032 to know that they accept it they will send after a few days of payement AOS a bill to pay of 230 dollard send them payement and keep copie of this letter u will need it when u will print cover sheet

2 after that u enter to this link every day to chek your two payement if they are paid

enter information im the : petitioner if the petitioner if petitioner paid fee

enter your case number

and now u will need the invoice bill of last payement 230 dollard u will get from this letter just

invoice identifcation number enter this number click to sign in

u will show two payement the fisrt one is for aos 88 dollard and the second one is for the form ds230 payement is 230 dollard

after that click to select for the first payement and click to email cover sheet write your email check and clck to send

it will be sent drectly to your email

do the same think for the second one of payement od ds230 select and email cover sheet

this cover sheet id in pdf it shows the adresse wher u must send AOS and the sencond cover sheet is adress wher u must send ds 230 they are not the same

after that collect document of aos and complete now the form and complete also form ds 230with civil documents

send each package with his cover sheet by postal mail expresse and good luck after that call nvc every day

I filed for I-130 for my spouse and I have one last question, when I print and mail I-864 form, do I have to send my tax return for the last 3 years or it is optional ?

u can ask any question no problem if i can ansewer u why not

for tax it s obligatory to send for last 3 years if he is incomplete u can search for sponsor

the importante think for all document is tax return u call deparetement irs and they will delever it to u withing 5 to one week be sure that consular officer will ask your wife in any consulate and in morroco they will verify the tax in the day of interview visa will be denied if tax is incomplete or isn t paid

NO TAX CONSULAR WILL REFUSE VISA AND U WILL APPLY FOR ANOTHER PETITION FROM THE BEGINING AND U KNOW MORROCAN CONSULATE
