Dont worry, even though they are providing noa2 very close to PD`S They know that they have to provide decisions before priority dates becomes current.

ohh jeiizz.. off course it is matters. how bout if your PD, is almost 3months away to be current but you haven't got your NOA2??

jrh39 PD is February2011, that's mean 4months almost to be current, and he hasn't got his PD. while all the NVC process can take up to 6month to complete!

im so nervous and hoping mine will be in time..

They know that they have to provide decisions before priority dates becomes current.

My fear is that the VSC actually doesn't know this, or if they do, they just don't care. I've tried to be calm about this - at least on a public forum like this - but I am really losing my patience with the VSC right now. If they don't approve you guys on time, then I really think that whoever is in charge of coordinating the work at the VSC should be fired.

Good luck to all February 2011 filers, I hope you get your approval very soon!

My F2A/IR-1 journey:

USCIS:
4 August 2011: I-130 sent (while husband permanent resident)
8 August 2011: Priority date
16 April 2013: NOA2

NVC:

7 May 2013: Case number received, DS-3032 sent

15 May 2013: AOS bill received and paid

16 May 2013: AOS package sent

17 May 2013: DS-3032 accepted

20 May 2013: IV bill received and paid

21 May 2013: IV package sent

11 June 2013: response to IV checklist sent

13 June 2013: Case upgraded to CR1

2 July 2013: Case completed

28 August 2013: Interview - approved!

21 September 2013: POE

18 November 2013: Green card received

My husband's citizenship journey:

8 February 2013: N-400 sent
4 March 2013: Biometrics
24 April 2013: Interview
12 June 2013: Oath ceremony

You are rude.

I even apologize and you keep your rudeness up.

Still wish you good luck

I don't think anyone here wants to be rude. We are all just getting frustrated with the fact that during the past year the VSC's processing time for F2A petitions has moved by mere two weeks. During the same time, the PD has moved one year and five months. It would be nice if the processing times could move at the same pace with the visa bulletin cut-off dates.

My F2A/IR-1 journey:

USCIS:
4 August 2011: I-130 sent (while husband permanent resident)

20 May 2013: IV bill received and paid

21 May 2013: IV package sent

11 June 2013: response to IV checklist sent

13 June 2013: Case upgraded to CR1

Sorry brother, I didn't mean to be rude, what i was trying to explain is that at least Vermont service center doesn't approve cases unless its very near to PD.

You are rude.

I even apologize and you keep your rudeness up.

Still wish you good luck

Well, i dont even know what to say, just hoping i dont have any problem in the following process, because if problem happens then most likely we wont have enough time to go through this process.

My fear is that the VSC actually doesn't know this, or if they do, they just don't care. It would be even better if everyone here filled in their timeline. I would like to be able to use VJ's Immigration Timelines and Igor's List to see other members' progress, but they are not helpful for F2A filers at the moment because too many members in our category have not created a timeline. The F2A watchlist was originally created to help us predict PD movement and it serves this purpose well, but the timeline reports are (or would be if everyone here had a timeline) much more useful since you can filter according to service center, NOA1 date, NOA2 date etc.
