NOA1 hard copy: never received due to address error

06/12/2013: NOA2

06/17/2013: NOA2 hard copy

06/17/2013: NVC received our case

06/28/2013: Case number assigned

07/01/2013: Sent DS3032 via email

07/03/2013: Recieved i864/DS3032

07/03/2013: Payed i864 bill

07/06/2013: Sent i864 package

07/08/2013: i864 package delivered

07/16/2013: Sent DS3032 via email second time (supervisor review)

07/17/2013: Rejected DS3032. We did a typo!!! Sent correct DS3032.

07/29/2013: Checklist for AOS

08/01/2013: DS3032 accepted

08/02/2013: Sent response to AOS checklist

08/02/2013: IV fee paid, IV package sent

08/05/2013: NVC received reply to AOS checklist and IV package

08/30/2013: AOS accepted

09/03/2013: Case complete

USCIS:

July 16 2012: I-130 sent

July 18 2012: Priority date

July 3 2013: NOA 2

NVC

July 17 2013: NVC received my case file

July 19 2013: case number and IIN received, ds-3032 sent

July 26 2013: ds 3032 and AOS invoice fee received. AOS fee Paid

July 29 2013: AOS package sent

July 31 2013: AOS package received at NVC

Aug 01 2013: AOS entered for review

Aug 02 2013: ds 3032 accepted

Aug 03 2013: IV invoice fee received via email and paid; Sent IV package to NVC

Aug 07 2013: IV package received at NVC

Aug 09 2013: IV entered for review

Aug 26 2013: CHECKLIST for AOS

Aug 28 2013: AOS checklist sent

Aug 29 2013: AOS checklist received at NVC

Aug 30 2013: AOS entered for review again

first of all, congrats Apple21!

can you please share the steps to approach our local Congressman. My PD is Aug 2012 and I am waiting for NOA2 yet. Hoping for f2a to get current in the next bulletin or in August. I am just wondering what happens if we get current but have not yet received NOA2. Does the NVC process at a faster pace all applications that have become current?

I see that you are from CSC but CSC's website shows November 15, 2011 as the latest processing date (posted by USCIS on June 18, 2013 and is the status as of April 30, 2013). I am just wondering if the CSC dates have anything to do with the NOA2 approval from NVC or is it independent of that? many thanks in advance.

02/25/201;3: I-130 NOA 1
08/21/2013: I-130 transferred to Nebraska Service Center

10/07/2013: I -130 approved.

---------------------------------------------------------------------
08/12/2013 : I-485, I-131, I-765 Packet sent.
08/15/2013: e-mail and text received from USCIS.
08/21/2013: received hard copy.
08/25/2013: received hard copy of biometrics for 09/13/2013.
08/27/2013: Done walk-in biometrics.
9/17/2013: I -485 status updated to testing and interview.

9/27/2013: I -485 status shows Interview date November 5th, 2013

10/11/2013: I-765 and I-131 got approved.

11/5/2013: Green card approved

11/5/2013: I -485 status shows card production.

11/5/2013: Status moved back to decision.

11/7/2013: I-485 status shows card production.

11/14/2013: Received green card for 10 years
