04/09/2012: NOA1

NOA1 hard copy: never received due to address error

06/12/2013: NOA2

06/17/2013: NOA2 hard copy

06/17/2013: NVC received our case

06/28/2013: Case number assigned

07/01/2013: Sent DS3032 via email

07/03/2013: Recieved i864/DS3032

07/03/2013: Payed i864 bill

07/06/2013: Sent i864 package

07/08/2013: i864 package delivered

07/16/2013: Sent DS3032 via email second time (supervisor review)

07/17/2013: Rejected DS3032. We did a typo!!! Sent correct DS3032.

07/29/2013: Checklist for AOS

08/01/2013: DS3032 accepted

08/02/2013: Sent response to AOS checklist

08/02/2013: IV fee paid, IV package sent

08/05/2013: NVC received reply to AOS checklist and IV package

08/30/2013: AOS accepted

09/03/2013: Case complete

09/04/2013: Second AOS checklist that has to be taken to an interview

09/10/2013: Email notification about case being complete

10/02/2013: IL received

10/11/2013: Case status changed to "In Transit"

10/14/2013: Passed medical exam

10/16/2013: Case status changed to "Ready", received email from Consulate regarding interview procedure

10/22/2013: Filled DS-260 online

11/18/2013: Interview date. Approved

11/21/2013: Passport with visa picked-up

Wow..! mine is feb 25, 2013...! r u sure that she is under F2A category?

02/25/201;3: I-130 NOA 1
08/21/2013: I-130 transferred to Nebraska Service Center

10/07/2013: I -130 approved.

---------------------------------------------------------------------
08/12/2013 : I-485, I-131, I-765 Packet sent.
08/15/2013: e-mail and text received from USCIS.
08/21/2013: received hard copy.
08/25/2013: received hard copy of biometrics for 09/13/2013.
08/27/2013: Done walk-in biometrics.
9/17/2013: I -485 status updated to testing and interview.

9/27/2013: I -485 status shows Interview date November 5th, 2013

10/11/2013: I-765 and I-131 got approved.

11/5/2013: Green card approved

11/5/2013: I -485 status shows card production.

11/5/2013: Status moved back to decision.

11/7/2013: I-485 status shows card production.

11/14/2013: Received green card for 10 years

UPDATE regarding our letter to Rep. Becerra:

Today a caseworker of Rep. Becerra called my husband's mobile phone.

Caseworker: "Have you seen the June Visa Bulletin yet? They are only processing cases with PD June 8, 2011."

Hubby immediately reacted: "NO! Look at the July VB. They are already processing Oct 8, 2011. My wife's PD might be current before the year ends."

Caseworker: "Oh! Okay, we will make a follow up at the California Service Center and we will request for an expedite. We will call you again."

My PD is Feb 20, 2012. Looks like I also need to call my congressman. Hopefully it will work and I will see my wife soon here

Wife's CR1 Visa Journey:

Feb 17, 2012: Mailed I-130 Petition.

Feb 20, 2012: Received NOA 1 ( Priority Date Feb 18, 2012).

July 12, 2013: Requested USCIS to Upgrade petition from F2A to CR1.

July 27, 2013: USCIS sent confirmation email regarding upgrade.

August 02, 2013: NOA 2 Received.

August 12, 2013: NVC Received the Petition

August 29, 2013: NVC Assigned the Case Number

September 4, 2013: Filed DS-261 online.

September 4, 2013: Paid AOS bill online.

September 6, 2013: NVC Accepted AOS bill payment.

September 6, 2013: Mailed I-864Ez to NVC

September 11, 2013: NVC Entered AOS Documents into their system for Review ( NVC Says it may take 30 business days to review)

September 16, 2013: IV Bill Invoiced.

September 16, 2013: IV Bill Paid.

What about me pd aug 29 2011

CSC is already working on cases with PD Sept 23, 2011. You should contact them immediately. You are already BEYOND the processing time.
