Hi everyone, I am new to VJ and just wanted to say hi.

I have been reading your comments and find I them very helpful.

I actually spoke to some one at USCIS as my case cannot be found on the website. She told me that there is a technical difficulty but she sees that my case is there and has been accepted. My PD is 03/25/11 and I am still awaiting my NOA2

is a good notice

aplle21 you've tried calling USCIS ???? come on friend :bonk:

I don't bother to call because people with much earlier PD than mine have not received NOA2 yet. Maybe they're the ones who should start bugging USCIS.

Congratulations! That's good news specially to those being processed at VSC.

I was reading the processing time frame for CSC and noticed that it moved backwards from September 3, 2011 to October 4, 2010. Can anyone tell me why? I'm hoping its just typographical error on CSC's part. :innocent: I would start it as a new thread but still don't have the required 5 posts to do so.

CSC processing time as of March 22, 2013 for Permanent Resident filing for Spouse or Child under 21 is still September 3, 2011.

Wow that is a long wait for you guys, but don't worry US citizens are also taking a back seat in USCIS processing priority. The DACA has delayed the K1 processing at CSC, it used to be 5 months now it is more in between 7/8 months and it is getting up everyday (however VSC is doing really good while CSC is at his slowest). Now the illegals have the priority over the citizens... We had to contact our congressman and senators in order to get our petition out for adjudication. Now waiting for our answer in a few days hopefully.

So don't let this BS at the service centers get to you :bonk:
