How important is the "Make a complete copy of the entire package."

I didn't copy everything, however i can reprint forms and signed the documents again...will they look to make sure that the signature is written the same way, same place etc?

Will they ask for another copy from my fiance?

My fiance didn't make 2 copies of everything either. What he did, he made a copy of his divorce decree, passport biographic information, all the forms we filed up, chat logs, emails. That's all.

God bless and good luck. :)

Proverbs 3:5-6

Trust in the Lord with all your heart

and lean not on your own understanding;

in all your ways submit to Him,
and He will make your paths straight.

The two complete copies they mentioned in the K1 guide sounded like it was for a couple of reasons. One is a CYA in case your packet gets lost while processing or a portion of it is "misplaced" and they need forms again.

Second so you can mail your fiance(e) a copy so she/he has all the information needed for the interview. Sounds like most if not all the questions are based on the information you wrote in your petition.

:thumbs: That's it. Those two reasons about sum it up. One way or another, the beneficiary needs to be informed of what is in the petition. Without that knowledge, it's kind of like going to a job interview without knowing what is on your resume. Just be prepared is all. No need to resign things or anything like that. Information is the importance in making a copy.

Remember your dealing with the government, and information is power for both of you to have an exact copy of everything. Information in these forms will be repeated and questions asked in interviews. Please reread the guides for important information you might need in the future.

In Arizona its hot hot hot.
