We have our interview date now, and EVERYTHING else is ready to go, so I'm actually disappointed that the interview isn't sooner. We finished the medical, all the forms and clearances and affidavit of support last week, mailed off the "we're ready!" checklist to the embassy -- and they emailed back yesterday with our date: July 24. At least I'll still be here in Finland then, so I can go with my fiance to the interview, although I'll just sit in the waiting room I expect!

He'll still need about a month after we get the visa to give his notice to work, and get his shipping options taken care of for leaving his apartment, so we'll probably have a POE in early or mid September. Good enough, and I'll enjoy my next three weeks of vacation in Finland with him!

Relationship since April 2006

K-1 Visa: I-129F filed November 6, 2012, NOA2 May 17, 2013, Interview and Approval July 24, 2013

And arrrgghhhh!!! The shot on my left arm is really hurt and everyone I met today kept tapping it and i need to scream because it hurts, hahahaha

Ow :( I got three shots that day (and another one two days before my medical) and the bus ride home was so frustrating because I had to stand up in a fully packed bus where everyone kept bumping on my arms. I was on the verge of going to my Hulk-mode. B[

Well, that sucks, lol. I didn't even want to go anywhere on last weekend cuz i was afraid people will accidentaly tap it. It's not hurt anymore now but people at the clinic said that i need to take a shot for another vaccine and vaccine part 2 on July 28th.

I want an august interview. Am I the only one is weird here? LOL :P

My fiancé even bought tickets to US today for him and for me, he said that he wanted to avoid the four digits on its price if we buy it after I get the visa. We'll fly on September 29th. We even Prayed together on phone before he clicked the "buy" button ;)
