Banna -- that does seem a bit long to wait for the hard copy, but not quite panic range yet. I was also approved on May 17th, and my hard copy arrived on May 23. Still, given the holiday weekend and everything, I wouldn't be overconcerned. Is there any problem with your address, or have you moved since the NOA1? You might want to call USCIS and verify that they have the correct address, but it could just be taking a little longer.

I wish all of us speedy journeys -- I did call NVC tonight again, have called every day, but still not arrived there yet. I really hope it arrives by Friday, otherwise I may start to get just a little concerned. But I won't go into panic mode until next week -- it's still within their 10-15 business day range.

AOS filed November 19, 2013, EAD/AP received January 30, 2014, interview and AOS Approval on February 27, 2014.

ROC filed December 3, 2015, NOA1 12/4/15, Biometrics 12/31/15, ROC Approval on June 16, 2016, 10-Year Green Card received June 22, 2016.

N400 filed September 14, 2023, same day acceptance and Biometric Reuse notice, Interview on 2/13/24: Passed and same day oath. ALL DONE WITH USCIS.

2024 February 13: naturalization interview (five-year rule) passed, same day oath - now a US Citizen and done with USCIS!

Still waiting on ours to come. sad.png My finacee is becoming very sad seeing all the approvals and always aks.....'why has ours been approved yet'.

Have you called them and talked to the tier 2? or faxed/emailed/called a government official?

I did call NVC tonight again, have called every day, but still not arrived there yet. I really hope it arrives by Friday, otherwise I may start to get just a little concerned. But I won't go into panic mode until next week -- it's still within their 10-15 business day range.

I called yesterday as well, nothing yet. I have to say that the person I talked to could have been a little bit grumpier with me, I wasn't quite buying that he was tired of answering phone calls. *Please read this with the most sarcasm possible. dry.png

I called today and didn't have to wait hours on the phone, they picked up in a minute. They said that we were still insite the average processing time that is being reported. The agent was very polite but couldn't do anything for us.

Aug 2, 2011 - Met online via a mutual friend.
Dec 2, 2011 - Vivian traveled to USA to attend a medical conference and had our first date. On Dec 10, 2011 - Vivian returned home.
May 15,2012 - Vivian traveled to USA to spend a month with me. smile.png
Sep 15,2012 - Met Vivian in Frankfurt Germany and on to Prague Czech Republic to celebrate our birthdays.
Sep 24, 2012 - Left Viena Austria. The last time I was with Vivian.
Nov 11, 2012 - Mailed in I-129F
Nov 19, 2012 - NOA1 recieved

June 13, 2013 - NOA2 approved.
