How do you look at the cases around you? We are still waiting but congrats to those who have gotten approvals.

u type in ur case number and just change the last number... if ur wac # ends with a 300 change it to 301 or 302 and u can see the next case..

No easier way ... I spent a few hours going through about 2000 numbers to gather the 60 I-129s for three days around me. It's tedious but just make sure to keep records of the ones you already checked!

Received a status change today noting that 'alien registration number was changed'. I called USCIS to find out what it means and they told me its a error in their system. Somehow I question the accuracy of this information.

That's relatively normal -- doesn't happen to everyone, but it usually means that a decision is 12-24 hours away, so it's a great sign! (I suspect it means they are actively looking at your file and updating some sort of electronic info, but haven't made a final decision yet.)

On the WAC numbers I'm tracking, I saw two files change to Alien Registration Change -- the first was approved a day later, and the second was RFE'd two days later. So expect to hear news soon, I think!

My NOA1 date is Nov. 26, and my WAC ends in 285. Pretty much everyone around me has gotten their NOA2 or an RFE. Even up to 20 after me, most have their NOA2. So frustrating!

Also, I called Customer Service 2 days ago, and they told me that as of April they were still working on July 12, even though when I called in March they told me that as of Dec they were working on July 18. And yet, how many early Nov. filers are getting approved? None of this makes any sense. wacko.png

But on a positive note: Congratulations to all those getting approvals!! dancin5hr.gif

Not sure where yours is from but mine is 229 and we are still not approved :( I'm getting so frustrated too.

OK this is just my theory but I have been checking my WAC group for the last few weeks and I never saw an approval for CSC when I checked the WAC for current day around 8-9PM EST. I think RFE gets notified right away, and the approvals get sent out at night or something.

I did the same thing yesterday checked the cases I normally do and saw some approved the day before and the one right after me had a RFE, I had a good feeling.. went to bed and woke up randomly at 12:30 AM EST and saw I had a message from USCIS .. Approved :)

I think you might get lucky tonight :)

Believe me I have been there... yesterday.. I remember how crazy I was going.. but I am a happier person today. Honestly as long as you had your petition in order and there is not something in either of your backgrounds that might slow down the process you will have it soon. (Hopefully tonight).

I was super worried this last week because I looked back at the 129F form and noticed I spelled my fiancee state wrong in one place. Just one letter off but still wrong (crazy german spelling...). I freaked out and was like well I am going to get an RFE, but I didn't. They either noticed I can't spell and just fixed it or they didn't even notice it.

Stay strong! I know it's hard and stressful but you'll be there soon! (again, hopefully tonight smile.png)
