With all the october filers getting approved, I hope all of us will get the next batch of NOA2s. Btw, do any of you have the link for Igor's list? When I click the old link before the update, it says the page is missing.

congrats smile.gif c'mon VSC, step up your game!!! fingers crossed for the rest of y'all!

Ahmagad, your hair is so pretty~! <3

& OT: It's been 165 days for me. My fiance is coming to visit me for around 2 1/2 months at the end of May, hopefully leaving room for possible RFEs. Then, I'm going back with him to Canada, hopefully, and will attend his interview with him.

Call me weak, but I can't be away anymore. @_@

On another note, everyone from VSC should be expecting an NOA2 within the next two months. Congrats to everyone who got approved from CSC! Keep us in your prayers.

It's getting really exciting. :3

d'aw thanks :$.

Looks like we have the same NOA1 date. It'd be good to stay in touch to compare notes!

My fiance just visited last week for a week. Doesn't get any easier saying goodbye, no matter how often you do it, that's for sure.

wat exactly does this mean.. on the timeline it says i129f will b ajudicated between june 29 and july 26?

It's an estimated date when your case will get looked at. So your case should be looked at between June 29th and July 26th. At that point you'll either get an NOA2 which means it has been approved, or an RFE which is a request for further evidence.

Good luck on the wait!

That's okay. It's not being weak. It's just missing our special someone badly. :D and it's okay. My fiance's planning to visit me too. If we don't hear anything from USCIS thia coming week, he'll visit someime in May or June. It is definitely okay for you to see your fiance.

Since we are over the 5 month mark that VSC claims to be processing at, has anyone started talking to Senators or Congressman? I'm afraid VSC is starting to slow, November files we got to let them know it's not okay! Does anyone know how to talk to a Tier 2 person??
