hi my friend visajourney

the uscis RFE asking about cosponsor and i send to theme but was 2 person that is mean i was ask a friend and he say leave me think and other friend too and both off theme asking me to i send theme the letter uscis what they was request about for my adjustment of status

and latter i discover both off theme they apply the form and send to the uscis

my question is

im worry if the uscis they dont accept 2 cosponsor

bhot off theme i was speact just one off theme answer me and be my cosponsor but the problaim if both off theme they applay to be my cosponsor and they make very very good tax

can be that a problaime whit uscis because they ask about only one cosponsor

i don't know what to do please if some Bary was in the same experience help me

You can only have one cosponsor (unless they are spouses etc.) I am confused though - you got an RFE and then both of your friends responded to it? Why were they sending anything to USCIS at all?

i make a copey off letter rfe i recived and i give to theme and 2 off theme they send the reponse to uscis is that can be a probalime

but the originale rfe still whit me

Chances are whoever's I-864 and accompanying documents arrive first will be processed and the other one will be ignored. But I don;t think we have had a case like this before so not sure.

Any single immigrant has a primary sponsor ( you ) and if you don't qualify you can add a joint sponsor ( 1 person or 1 married couple combining their income) You can not use you and 2 others.
