how long is the wait for the interview after the checklist is sent out?

We sent out our ds230 checklist without a copy of the police cert. from my husband's country of birth and his original birth certificate. I got a letter from them saying that we don't need to send the police cert right now we can bring it at the time of the interview as it takes upto three months (thats' the reason why we din't send it with the checklist as we are still waiting on it). Now my husband has mailed me his original birth certificate and i'll be mailing it out soon. So now my question is how long do they take to give an interview date after they receive the complete checklist? Can we expect an interview date in a couple of weeks or months? Also, my husband will be interviewing at the montreal counsulate in Canada. Any info would be appreciated.

April 6 - wedding date day 204

Aug 22 - AOS interview date day 101-total days 342

Sept 29 - green card arrives, done until June 2008 day 140-total days 381

2008

June 30 - I-751 mailed total days 1025

2009

March 9 - Removal of Conditions approved! total days 1277

I'm curious why you got a checklist for the CR-1 / IR-1 in Montreal. I just went through there and they didn't ask us to send anything in, we just received the packet 4 letter in the mail with the interview date and a list of things to bring to the interview. :unsure:
