How is child support taken into account on I-134

I need some clarification on how child support affects the income qualifications of the K1-Visa.

Is the child considered a member of the family, and then the gross is

compared against 125% poverty guidelines(3 member family including petitioner)?

Or

Is the amount of child support monthly multiplied by 12 months, deducted from the gross,

and then compared against 125% poverty guidelines(3 member family including petitioner)?

The I-134 does not ask you to list your obligations, but it does ask for a list of dependents. Do as the form asks, if you have kids that are of dependent age ... list them. And yes the total of you/fiancee/dependents is the number you must meet in the guidelines.

Yes my one child is listed as such, and it is all done.

The form is already in her hands with my signature on the bottom,

but I am just having last minute worries is all.
