May 24, 2011 NOA1

Sept 11, 2011 NOA2-took 19 days to get case number

Sept 30, 2011 NVC number and IIN received Friday-gotta wait till Monday

Oct 13, 2011 Case Completed- 13 days from receiving case number Took 32 days from NOA2

Nov 30, 2011 Notified of Interview date

January 19, 2012 Interview- 240 days from NOA1

INTERVIEW RESULTS-APPROVED WITH 14 WEEKS AP--but he got his visa in 56 days!!!!!!

Many people who filer after 15th of august have been approved because they were being routed to NBC and petitions from August 15th till now is not as many as those that file before August 15th and also the petitions after 15th of August is transfered to different offices so it make it very fast. this Johneth filed on August 21st which is after 15th and he received his approval November 2nd. they are about to finish August filers now. then it will come our own turn september filers. Stay positive, Vermont is moving fast now.

Married : August 22,2012 in Belgium

Sep 24,2012 - I-130 send to Phoenix Lockbox

Sep 26,2012 - I-130 NOA1

Oct 04,2012 - I-130 case transferred from CSC to NBC Missouri

Oct 10,2012 - I-130 case transferred and is now being processed at a USCIS office

Jan 23, 2013 - I-130 approved!!!
