I received my MSC receipt number on Nov. 16 and have not been able to access it online. Today I used the code WAC instead of MSC and it showed me a case status. The dates are correct in the case status so I assume it is mine, but who knows :)

11/10/12 Married

11/12/12 I-130 Petition mailed from Brazil

11/16/12 NOA1 email

11/30/12 NOA1 Letter (mailed to Brazil)

01/09/13 NOA2 email and online update (56 days from NOA1)

01/23/13 NOA2 Letter arrived (mailed to Brazil)

01/22/13 Arrived at NVC

02/04/13 Assigned NVC numbers

02/04/13 Sent 3032 by email

02/07/13 Received 3032/864

02/07/13 Paid AOS/864

02/07/13 Mailed AOS/864

02/11/13 AOS/864 arrived

02/14/13 Emailed scanned copy of 3032

02/15/13 3032 Accepted

Changing MSC with WAC also gave me a case but for an employment visa, so I wouldn't trust this....

2013 NVC (BRS) Case number received 5 weeks after NOA2 - DS-3032
February 25: AOS and IV delivered to NVC

March 13: Case complete
April 3: Interview - Visa approved - USCIS Immigrant Fee paid

May: POE (Dallas Fort Worth Airport)

2015 REMOVAL OF CONDITIONS

February 18: NOA I-751 Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence

March 18: Biometrics appointment

August 17: approved

I changed my MSC to Wac and can view a case status but it has nothing to do with my case.

On November 8, 2012, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I102 APPLICATION FOR REPLACEMENT/INITIAL NON-IMMIGRANT ARRIVAL DEPARTURE RECORD. Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.

Haha...mine has the correct dates and the correct form, but I am not relying on it quite yet....entertaining at least :) I will call USCIS and ask them in a few weeks.

we received NOA1 In October and never saw anything on the site, we requested a letter a month ago to find out where they were at with our application as it had been six months, and the letter simply stated that our application was pending consideration..É rofl.gif
