hi ...

I have a problem. Please help...

I have K3 visa and now I am in USA with my wife. When I faced interview in the US EMBASSY in my country for K3 visa I submitted the documents , AFFIDEVIT OF SUPPORT received from my wife. Now I want to apply for ADJUSTMENT OF STATUS. Do I need to submit a AFFIDEVIT OF SUPPORT again ( if 6 months has not elapsed from signing the AFFEDIVIT) ?? If it has expired ( after 6 months) then may I have to submit one?? Lets say that I have to submit .. can I submit a photocopy of the affedivit I submitted to my K3 visa ( if no details have changed ) with original signature of my sponsor???

Yes... you must now submit a I-864 Affidavit of Support. It is completely different from the Affidavit of Suppor tthat was used for the K3.
