I am requesting help on behalf of my brother and my sister in Law. They filed the wrong form to remove conditions on Residence. Her residence was to expire on 8/30/2012.They filed form I -90 online on 8/7/2012. That was the form to replace the permanent resident card. They just got a denial mail yesterday for the application using the form I-90 and also mentioning that her lawful status in the US was automatically terminated on August 30, 2012 because they did not receive form I -751.

We need help with form I 290B. I called the national number of USCIS but I could not get help with the content of the form. The customer service suggested WE get professional help.

We would appreciate any help please if some one is familar with the form or thinks he or she can help. I will provide further details on the issues with have about the form in case any body is offering help.

Thank you so much!

You will need to send the form I751 you can find it here:

http://www.uscis.gov/portal/site/uscis/menuitem.5af9bb95919f35e66f614176543f6d1a/?vgnextoid=f858d59cb7a5d010VgnVCM10000048f3d6a1RCRD&vgnextchannel=db029c7755cb9010VgnVCM10000045f3d6a1RCRD

Fill out the form and send as many prrof you can get (lease, birth certificates of kids from the marriage, bills with both names of the spuses, pictures, taxes if you got a car with both names send the registration, title of the car, insurance of any kind with both names, anything that prooves that they were together)

On top of the file you have to write an appology letter and explain to them that they filed the wrong form thinking it's the right one. ask them for a relief and to accept the form. From there you will see what happens. If you send a money order keep calling the money order number, if they cashed it that means they accepted it. If they didn't, get a lawyer as soon as possible. Don't get a lawyer when you send the I751, I'm trying to save you money, when they deny the right form than you HAVE to get lawyer. Good luck .

I hope I did help you.

If they still have denial letter for form I90, acceptation letter and stuff like that for the I90 for (the wrong one) send it to them so they know you are being truthful. DO IT AS SOON AS POSSIBLE, don't wait.

I know I'm an outsider but email me and let me know if they accepted it or not. I hope they do.
