Hi, I just submitted my I129 F petition. At the time I am a college student about to graduate and then will continue onto grad school. I have a small part time job that is only a few hours a week. My parents however are willing to be my cosponsor for the fiance visa. Do you think I will have a problem because I do not have a full time job? Any help appreciated. :)

May 2010: Met Marcelo in Brazil.

I was in the same boat and had no problems having my dad be a co-sponsor.... just make sure you have all of their supporting documents.
