Exactly - or in thier minds the differences were so glaring and unable to be overcome, they didn't even bother with any questions.

There's no way you should waste your or your fiance's time or money until you have an understanding about why they denied you.

Also other questions they would usually ask are questions about family contact. Has she met your family? Do you have pictures with your family in Morocco? What does your family think about you marrying a grandmother who is old enough to be your mother?

Is your family upset by the fact you will most likely not be able to have children?

Have you met and/or talked to her family? What do her children think about her marrying someone so much younger than her, who is in need of a green card?

What will you and your fiance do if you don't get the visa; if you never get a visa to the US? Will your fiance move to Morocco so you can have a life together?

I know these questions and i was not asked neither of them which makes me still wonder why.

Post with a TOS violation removed and acceptable content returned below.

As I said above, I'd guess that in their minds the differences were so glaring and unable to be overcome, they didn't even bother with any questions.

Look at it from the CO's perspective --

Young male, never married no children, with lots of time on his hands to be on the computer looking for American woman. Finds someone who old enough to be his mother, and who has grandchildren. They are at totally different stages in their lives, and seemingly have very little in common. AND, dating an older woman is typically not socially accepted in young male's country. After a brief period of time spent together, they get engaged, and file for a visa for the young male.

Top that off by the beneficiary being arrogant and cocky and checking out the female interviewer's body during the interview [violation removed by VJ Moderation]

I'm thinking the CO probably didn't ask any questions because there was no chance they were going to give you the visa that day...

I don't think it is boredom - I think some people sometimes get a little judgmental. But that is what the moderators are for... look, they did their job well. :star:

Now let's move on. No laughing, pointing out that posters mistake - just move on to the real topic and get the help that is very much needed at this point from the sounds of it.
