Hi all,

I am looking to file a fiance visa for my Jordanian fiance, we both have been in south africa living together since May, but neither of us are residents we are just on visitor permits. Is Jordan a high fraud country that will cause a denial in the visa? What is the correct step by step process in order to get him to the us with me. Any help will be appreciated.

Welcome to the forum.

Being a resident of a high fraud country does not necessarily "cause a denial in the visa." It can cause increased scrutiny and the need for excellent documentary evidence of a genuine and ongoing relationship. You should consider "front-loading" the initial I-129F petition. "Front-loading" is described in the evidence and documentation sections of the guides, and is basically providing as much relationship evidence as possible with the first petition filing. The step-by-step K-1 visa guide is a good starting place for you to begin, and can easily be accessed through the "Guides" section, conveniently found at the top of the forum page.

Good luck on your visa journey.
