hi VJ friends , i posted a topic few dys ago that my wife is moving with me to live together in egypt , she has a really bad heart disease , with peace maker ,

her doctor said that SHE CAN NEVER TRAVEL out side usa , i feel so sad , had my dreams that we will live here untill we get approval .

we met in new york on 2010 , married in egypt in june 2012, she just visited me here for 3 weeks , when we got married

will this affect our case that she will not be able to visit me again here in egypt ?

should a usc spouse be there at the embassay at the time of interview ? or i go alone ?

she has all medical records that proves her medical condition , her disability and that travel to egypt risking her medical condition , when should we use this ? and shoud this be an excuse that we don see each other or live together ?

thank u

you will be ok, it's not a requirement that she has to visit you often or that she is living with you, but probably they will ask you at the interview why she visited you just once, then explain and show some proof that she can't travel due her medical condition.Good luck.

thank u sandranj,, i feel v sad oz of this ,that she is sick and we cant b together i hope it will not affect the case , to be by her side soon

she doesnt need to be there for an interview. You are all good. Take a letter from her doc to the interview and show it to CO, may be this will be in more favoable in ur case and grant you visa on spot if you tell them she needs you at this time cuz of her health

In egypt they stopped allowing spouses inside the embassy so it will not be an issue. You will need a sponsor for the 864 if she doesnt make enough

Sorry to hear sheko .. But yea as everybody said , your wife is not required to be with you during the interview in fact she will not be even allowed inside with you . But her being so sick could be a good ground for you to request your case to be expedited . Don't you guys think ?
