Hi I have come over on a K3 Visa, Now our I 130 Was approved on august 3rd, I have applied for the employment authority so i can help with the cost of the immigration process and we are wanting to know (my K3 visa expires in 2008) how long have until the I130 expires???? any help or tips would be great thanks,

Correct, If you are still in New Zealand then interview for the CR-1.

If you used the K-3 and are in the United States, you Adjust status File I-485, and you abandon the Immigrant visa, unless you have the extra $$$ to buy a round trip ticket to New Zealand to interview for the CR-1.
