Hello everyone, I'd like to ask all of you esp those who had underwent K1 visa, My question is:

1. What should be the purpose for my NBI clearance?

2. Should it be Travel to USA/Visa application?

3. or it is okay if the purpose is only Travel abroad?

I heard that if you put "Travel to USA/VISA application" NBI will ask you to come back after 2 weeks and that you would need to put your US address in the application.

Comments are all welcome.

Thank you in advance!

You can put either: Travel to USA or US Visa Application

You will get it right away if your name doesn't have a "hit".

You will get it after 10 days if your name has a "hit".

Hit means you share names with another person (or people) and NBI will need time to verify your record.
