your question is a little confusing, you say your wife sent the DS-230 through email but, you are not supposed to, Colombia does not do electronic processing. after the 3032 is accepted you will get the bill to pay for the DS-230, after the status changes to paid you will get a page with a barcode (just like the one you got for the I-864)and you have to sent the form with all the proper documents. Also, your timeline says Armenia but you are in the Colombian portal so, I do not know how to answer. Best of luck

You need to clarify which DS form you're referring to. If it's the DS-3032 to let them know her choice of agent, she can re-send it to them. If it's the DS-230, that is only generated after the IV Fee Bill is paid either online and if they've received the check.

It took us 11 days to get a response from our emailed DS-3032. Check your spam folders and make sure you provided everything necessary in the email (look at the sample forms here).

If you don't hear anything in the next few days, it probably wouldn't hurt to give NVC a call. (603) 334-0700
