Hey. I noticed on the guide here in VJ about the AOS packet, there's nothing mentioned about submitting evidence of bonafide marriage like joint bank accounts, lease or properties, insurance, photos together etc.. Said it might be asked for the interview.. Should we really not include some of those? Aren't those needed? Just making sure so I know I'm not missing anything. Thanks! :)

Yes, you DO need the evidence for interview- you don't send it with your initial AOS package, you bring it to interview. You should be able to get added to your spouses bank account without SSN, as you have poof you are here legally. Other proof may be photos from the wedding, with eachother and family; joint bills, letters/ cards addressed jointly to you, lease to home in both names etc.

I submitted pictures of our wedding, copies of our joint checking/savings account statements, wife's health insurance card and a cerified copy of our marriage license. Hell, why not? We front loaded our 129F and had a very good outcome. If we can bypass another interview that would be fine by me! When my wife had her interview in August the first thing the CO went to was our photos we submitted with or 129F. Good luck!
