Well, if you don't ask to speak to an ISO, then calling is pointless because the Tier 1 people can see exactly what you can.

Which is apparently nothing in this case? lol

Next time, best to ask for an ISO.

Last year when I petitioned for the I-129, the first tier people were very helpful. However, I could also track my case immediately after receiving NOA1. I miss the online case tracking!

11 more wake ups and I see my hubby!

Grumpy ISO told me that my case is still at NBC. Key to the wise, don't call at the end of a work day.

My priority date is 11/26 (recieved NOA1 hard copy, only update I have gotten so far). Haven't been able to see the case status online  Kind of nervous about not having submitted enough evidence of bonafide marriage, however the marriage is so new we don't really have much intermingling of finances etc to show as evidence.

My case was submitted through a lawyer so I didn't even know I could add my phone/email to get updates about case that way. Is there any way I could get these added now?

I am the USC

Anyone else know if they are at a field office or NBC?

One of the Ameridanes just got approved with 54 days, but I am not holding my breath. All this false hope is really going to get to me if the processing times at NBC suddenly shoot up!

That's why i'm trying not to get my hopes up.

I know that the further we get away from august, the most petitions they have there.

I'm still going to keep hoping for 5 months (but secretly in the back of my mind hope for 100 days)

Sorta - study https://egov.uscis.gov/cris/Dashboard/CaseStatus.do - left panel.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

I know it is already December but I want my hubby and me to be added to this group of November I-130 filers. It's not even one month for me since my priority date is November 13, 2012 and I am already getting impatient for us to get the NOA2. And I also want to say that I cannot also see my case number come up online on their website because my location is also in Missouri with a MSC receipt.

Hi,

My priority date is also Nov13th and I am not able to see my case online as well. Please let me know if you see any change in status online. Thank You and wish you all the best.

Thx

:wow: indeed

I called today and ISO said my case was in "initial review," and when asked if it will be sent to a local office she said most probably not since my spouse is out of the country. Does anyone know if initial review means someone is actively working on it or could it also mean it's just waiting for someone to start looking at it?

Initial review means they are waiting to look at it. It'll change from initial review to decision without any notice. I think I saw somewhere that it takes them 10-20 minutes to go over an application.
