Our new I-130 is approved and we are good to go!

As soon as we return the documents to Stockholm, we are getting scheduled for an interview.

We might need to move up that medical date.

congrats!!

Just spoke to a tier 2 officer. He pretty much gave me lip service and a lot of BS. Info I can find on their website. Am pissed and worried. Do you think this could have adverse effects? I think I pissed him off too.

first person

I can't agree with you any less. I still think any information is better than none. And this officers are being arrogant on their job. It's time they got what they deserve.

This statement makes no sense in regards to what you quoted.

It doesn't matter how honest she is because she can't tell you any information that you can't find out yourself on the website. Which isn't much of anything. It's asinine that even the regular people who answer the phone don't know the BASICS of what are going on with cases. A service request is a request put in for someone to look over your file to find out why it's taking so long. Often it makes it land on someone's desk and they adjudicate it. But at the very least they can tell you if they're doing more background checks etc...
