Just following up. My NOA2 letter states that I was approved in Lee Summit Missouri. My local office is Philadelphia and per an ISO I was transferred there late January. I filed from within the US. So i guess don't trust what the ISO is saying.

i believe all of the approval letters say MO

I have 2 immediate cases and several cases after and before my date............i and a couple of other cases next to mine are still waiting....! FOR EVER...

Just helping reset your expectations so that you are not too disappointed. The fact is there are tons of random approval cases removing the guess work completely out of the GAME...:-((

To be honest I agree. There are numbers all over the board. When I search around in numbers only going 20 up and 20 down, there are some that are still initial review, some that were approved in November or Dec.. others in Jan or Feb. But there are probably over 400 numbers with my priority date. So keep yer breeches on. Also the bigger cities seem to be a lot slower than the smaller ones. They probably already had more than enough work before being saddled with our stuff too.

I am hoping for this too so I can give that to my hubby for Valentine's Day too!

And I guess I am being technical but shouldn't 90 days be actually Feb. 11 since both Dec. & Jan. had 31 days so it should adjust for that? Anyways, you get what I mean! My deadline date according to the VJ timeline says February 21st. So I am going to call their customer service to bug them after Feb. 21st if I don't get the NOA2.

Also, I was wondering that National Benefits Center never states that they even process I130 (even though my NOA1 is from there) so what is the actual processing time (how many months) for petitions that ends up at Lee's Summit, MO?!

VJ's time line window will continuously shift right based on your non-approval status and your filing date. Which means VJ's estimates will never be wrong...:-) you will never be in a situation where the window has passed...LOL Good luck Tho.

Are you serious or did I hear some sarcasm in that part where you said "VJ's estimates will never be wrong"? So are you saying that the window period will ALWAYS SHIFT?! Oh brother! LOL

I had a long rant prepared, but it all boils down to "yes".

I was being serious, based on what i am observing with 400+ cases filed on nov 13th....:-(( alone. Approval case rate for Nov 13th filers has been 2 cases per day so far...I don't even want to discuss probability ratios as I am very confused how the hell will they clear all the cases in their published timeframes for 1-130...if this is the rate i am seeing!

really...wow!

Yep, I give you an Atlanta filer:

http://www.visajourney.com/timeline/profile.php?id=137086

Based on timeline data, your I130 may be adjudicated between November 5, 2012 and November 25, 2012*.

That has certainly come and gone.

Definitely not. The VJ estimates also do not account for any filers approved early due to expedites or certain "auto-expedites" when the USC is residing abroad with their spouse. Factoring in these outliers does not make an accurate prediction for the average joe filers on VJ like myself.

I am the petitioner.
