Seems to be the office that has jurisdiction over the petitioner's address.

Thank you Nola. Seems like our file can be transferred to Nebraska service center as he is there. But he hasnt called them yet and we only got our NOA 1 on Nov 29, 2012. I told him to call them on mid of Feb if we did not hear anything from them.

Thanks again, Nola. How is that office? (if our file was transferred there) Hope not very slow like Vermount.

I can visit him and he can visit me but the daughter of my house owner is coming back on end of June. They told me to stay for a few more months if I cant find the place to live without a contract. ummmm... Anyway, wish for the best.

On February 2, 2013, your I130, IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN was approved. You will be notified of the decision by mail. Please check our website at www.uscis.gov for further updates on your case, including when the approval notice is mailed. If you do not receive the approval notice within 30 days, please call customer service at 1-800-375-5283 for further assistance.

During this step the formal decision (approved/denied) is written and the decision notice is mailed and/or emailed to the applicant/petitioner. You can use our current processing time to gauge when you can expect to receive a final decision.

Wow I can't believe this right now... I didn't think it would be this fast... I am hoping and praying everyone can get theres soon! I am so happy right now!!! Words can't describe...

Glad for them. But we have the same NOA 1 date. Mine still showing as "initial reivew".

And I am not allowed to call them (beneficiary), right.
