####### it's 8:01am and it tells me to call back between 8am and 8pm >=[

It was doing that to my CT Skype number the other day until like 11 am EST and when I finally got through, they told me the ISOs weren't available and to call back in a couple of hours.

I was transferred to a ISO, but she was extremely rude. Hung up on me and told me to wait a yr. I was like WTH. Haven't called back since. Wrote to senator Toomey about my experience and was told by his helper to contact him once the 5 months passed. Hopefully get approved before then. April 19 is 5 months.

I'm on hold now.

CSR wasn't rude, though she did kind of sharply tell me a few times to let her finish.

Problem is, I wasn't interrupting her, but she was pausing so long in between lines on her script that it sounded like she was done.

I'm on with the ISO now, didn't obviously hold long (woohoo!)

She seems confused about my petition and asked me to hold

ISO was nice but seems too bored with her job lmao.

I was transferred to chicago on 1/3.

She cannot see if I was assigned to an adjudicator or anything like that.

Thank you for your update, KDH. I need to take one day off for my personal on second week of Feb. I will try to call USCIS on that day. Am I allowed to call (Benefucuary)?

No, only the petitioner can call for the I-130.

Thank you. I will ask him to call on his lunch time during next month.

It seems the closer you call to open, the better luck you have not waiting.

I mean, I seriously was barely waiting.

I called at 9am my local time.

They are open 8-8 local time.

Well, that was fast.

I still haven't heard anything back about mine. :(

I'm wondering if maybe the ISO lied and it is at Hartford. If I am reading it right in November they had 2100 I-130s pending and 146 completions.

Just called now. File transferred to Philly 01/24. W-O-W. 2 months it was sitting at NBC...was hoping to celebrate my wife's birthday in August in the USA. Looking unlikely, but holding hope. With work holiday policy, won't have a week off accrual until September.
