Dude, don't post individual numbers by their statuses. Not cool. Bad enough we can even see them if we type in their numbers. As a database support person it gives me the creeps. :thumbs: :thumbs

Got my Noa1 email today. We got assigned to NBC.

11/09/2012 - NOA1 (I-797 Received Hard copy via snail mail)

10/30/2012 - Sent I-130
11/06/2012 - NOA1
12/29/2012 - NOA2 (53 days)

2/4/2013 - NVC received
2/22/2013 - Case number/IIN
10/2/2013 - Case Completed at NVC
xx/xx/2013 - Interview scheduled

My husband and I were hoping to be October Filers however because it took so long for the package to be received....30 days to get from LA to Chicago (why so long??) we are now November filers. Sigh. We are very anxious for this process to get moving...thank goodness for VJ though and all the guides on here which helped us in putting together the packet before we sent it!

Hi,

I thought I'd post in this thread as I also just mailed my I-130 in yesterday... via USPS however, so it hasn't gotten there yet. Here's to hoping they speed up their process sometime soon. I don't much like the prospect of waiting close to a year for this to finish.

Any more November filers?

My package still hasn't been delivered yet. :wacko:

They just sent me a notice that my I-129F has been approved even though I cancelled it. Grrrrr.

I filed last Friday, and my NOA1 was emailed to me TODAY!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm so excited that everything is rolling!!! Can't wait to see my baby!

Fedex received at location: 11/13/2012

NOA1 email received: 11/15/2012

Case transfered to USCIS National Benefits Center
